Pet Essentials for Every Design Style
I love my dog, Salazar Slytherin II. And I love my apartment! (P.s. it’s been featured on Apartment Therapy! shameless plug 😜)
But, getting a dog usually means adding a lot of not-so-cute dog essentials and that just doesn’t work for those of us who are decor obsessed. So, for this week’s Imani’s Home Favorites, I found the most adorable beds, bowls, containers, and toys on the internet to make it easy for you to deck out your apartment with everything your pup needs!
Crates
I don't crate train (🫣), but if you do, you'll want one of these to keep your space looking good & give your pup a tiny home for themselves.
Styling Tip: Get a cute basket like this & fill it with your dog's toys to sit on top of the crate!
Beds
My pup prefers a bed & this one from Target has my heart. It works well in neutral spaces and more eclectic apartments like mine. Oh, and it's machine washable. Check out my other favorites here.
Bowls & Feeders
The fur babies deserve cute bowls, and these are my favorite from Target because they look like real dinnerware.

Food Containers
Small apartments + bulk buying dog food do not go hand in hand, but you can make it happen if you've got storage that blends into your design style. Go for something funky, something more modern, and even something ceramic!

Treats, Please!
All dogs love treats! But you need a cute (& air-tight) container to keep them hidden. So here are a few of my favorites. Especially this one from Macy's!
Aesthetically Pleasing Toys
Aesthetically pleasing toys exist, and I think they're a worthy investment for those of us living in a genuinely delusional world. These from Wild One are super, duper cute, but this one from Kong is practically indestructible.
