Pretty In Pink: A Spring Raspberry Cocktail

I might be exhausted from this move, but at least I’ll have beautiful and delicious cocktails to enjoy in my new space. I’m testing out a few drinks to serve at my upcoming housewarming party, and this one might be it! Try it out for yourself, and let me know what you think.

Ingredients

Raspberry Hibiscus Syrup

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 cup sugar (white or cane)

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers

To Prep

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and store in airtight container for uptown four weeks.

Pretty In Pink

  • 2 oz DuNord Gin

  • 0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice

  • 0.75 oz Raspberry Hibiscus Syrup

  • 1 Egg White

To Prep

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds

  • Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds with ice

  • Strain into a coupe and decorate with Angostura Bitters
