How Much Did the Bathroom Cost? A Renter-Friendly Cost Breakdown

When it came time to decorate my bathroom, I split the project into two parts. The first, which I covered here, consisted of installing peel-and-stick wallpaper, adding a new light fixture, and putting up a shelf with a museum-style gallery rail. The second half, which caused me to go crazy viral on Instagram, involved my controversial decision to install pasted wallpaper over the tile and add in some much-needed storage.

I turned my rental bathroom into a space so many of you on TikTok and Instagram love and got a lot of questions about how much money I spent on the project. So, here is the breakdown.
